Bali-1

The true beauty of Bali is not only for its rich cultural heritage, but also its breathtaking nature, fine arts/architectures and varieties of  life styles.  I will definitely revisit this beautiful place on planet earth.

1) Bali is famous for its emerald-green rice fields and mazes of rice terraces.

2) Sunset. Wave in Bali can be scary but exciting place for surfers.

3) Sunset. Kids of multi-nationalities at play peacefully.

4) The wisdom and friendliness of a Balinese old lady. She was processing the newly harvested seaweed.

5) Rijsttafel, a culinary treat that shouldn’t be missed. It comes with 9 dishes, Balinese thick stick Satay and various types of sauces for 2. Thanks to a friend that introduced me on this...

6) A must explore for the amazing and intricacies of Balinese architecture and garden landscape.

7) Balinese fine art and comtemporary stone sculpture.

8) A beautiful blooming white lotus flower.

9) A surprise encounter : Hornbill bird.

10) Another surprise encounter : A huge "sea sick" puffer fish.

11) Fishing next to Tanah Lot Sea Temple.

12) Conquering this unique hole of Nirwana Bali Golf course. The nicely teed off golf ball (a draw hit with 3 wood down the terrain) can be seen with the paddy field at the background.

13) An upcoming wedding at this remote island (at an island about 2 hours cruise time from Bali port).

14) Bali unique and fine wall art.

15) A memorable white water rafting : swift current under early morning rain, beautiful architecture and jungle besides the river,  thrilling experience splashing through the cooling water falls.
